Description
Heater Bag is a patented & water-activated exothermic chemical heater included with Meals, Ready-to-Eat (MREs), used to heat the food. The heater is capable of raising the temperature to 100⁰ F within 20 seconds of the reaction. The increase in temperature allows the Ready to Eat Meal Packets to get hot within the time frame of 10 to 12 minutes. These Heater Bags are absolutely safe to use with no hazardous smoke & are eco-friendly.
These patented heater bags contain finely powdered aluminum, with a small amount of chemically coated heater pad. To activate the reaction, 40 to 45 ML of normal water is added which after getting in contact with the heated pad quickly reaches the boiling point thus increasing the temperature & safely heating up the meal pouch.
